The mint taste is actually pleasant, not that weird fake-chemical thing, and I noticed a real difference by day six without any zinging pain. Slipped right over my crooked bottom teeth too.
My gums usually flare up with any whitening product, but these were genuinely gentle over the full nine days. The mint taste is subtle and fresh, and by the end I could see the gradual brightening without any zinging pain.
My gums usually flare up with any whitening product, but these didn't bother me at all. The coconut oil and mint make the taste actually pleasant, and by day nine my teeth were visibly brighter without the zing.
