The berry flavor is mild enough that my son doesn't gag, and the 10% xylitol gives me some peace of mind. He still tries to swallow it sometimes, but the tube lasts a good while and brushing is way less of a fight.
My kiddo actually asks to brush now, which is a win. The mixed berry flavor smells sweet without being overpowering, and the 10% xylitol gives me some peace of mind even though it's fluoride-free. Only gripe is the tube is a bit small for the price, but it does the job.
