Finally stopped guessing and counting in my head. The beep at the end is gentle enough not to startle me mid-swish, and I've actually stretched my sessions from barely two minutes to the full fifteen without checking the clock once.

I've been swishing for two minutes and honestly thought I was doing five, so this timer has completely changed my routine. The display is clear enough to read while moving and the beep at the end snaps me right out of my thoughts.

The beep is loud enough to hear over the sink, which is exactly what I needed. I’ve stopped cutting my swishing short because I can finally track those full 15 minutes without staring at my phone.
