The peppermint kick is strong enough that I actually feel like my mouth is clean, and the vitamin blend was a nice surprise since I’m trying to be more consistent with D3. It’s a bit runnier than I expected for an oil rinse, but that makes it easier to swish around.
The mornings are calmer now that I've added this to my routine—the fractionated coconut base makes it easy to swish without the thick feel I dreaded. I do wish the bottle had a pump, but the minty freshness from those seven oils lasts noticeably longer than my old brand.
