I was skeptical about oil pulling but the natural fractionated essential oils make it feel less greasy than I expected, and my gums definitely feel calmer after a week of morning swishing. The 8.45 oz bottle lasts a good while, so I’ve already ordered a second one.
The minty taste is pleasant enough and it does leave my mouth feeling clean, but I can't say I've noticed any big change in my gum health after a few weeks. The oil itself has a nice consistency, not too thick. It's fine, just didn't wow me.
